Family Promise

As a church, we have been called to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Family promise, a program designed to help families who have lost their homes gain stability, gives us all an opportunity to participate in serving the vulnerable within our city.

During their stay, we get to offer tangible love through conversation, food, clean sleeping accommodations, and activities. Loving others with the same love we generously receive is an honor and a privilege we would like to share with you. The beauty of this program can be seen in the many hands and hearts it takes to pull off each hosting, and yours are especially precious.

For 2026, open door will be hosting family promise on three occasions: January 4th-11th, April 19th-25th, and November 1st-8th.
